This just came to me and I apologize for its brevity.
What this campaign season needs, and has been lacking, is a simple narrative -- a sound bite that clearly get's the message through simply and distinctly. Unfortunately, many voters don't comprehend the facts, details and macro economics that should play a role in their voting choices.
I've heard the analogy about driving a car off the cliff and I've heard President Obama's explanations as to why the Republicans should not be re-empowered. To me, the following says it all and should be used for the remainder of this election season:
"Just because Democrats couldn't rebuild a house in two years doesn't mean you should bring back the Republicans who burned it down."
